Work Content

  1. Apply the most advanced neural network technology to design solutions for specific problems.
  2. Locate and overcome limitations, develop and promote industry-leading product models.
  3. Track the trend of technology development, and work together with the R&D team to make influential and practical plans.
  4. Independently apply for scientific research project funds, assist the research team to write and apply for funds, independently undertake research projects, design experiments and report work.

Recruitment

Positions: Postdoctoral Researcher / Research Assistant / Research Associate

Qualifications

  1. Have or will obtain a PhD degree in artificial intelligence or other related fields.
  2. Good English reading, communication and writing skills.
  3. Strong scientific research ability, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
  4. Have published high-level academic papers or representative achievements in the field of AI, especially in top conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR and ACL.
  5. Have presided over national or provincial scientific research projects is preferred.
  6. Skilled in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Git and other related frameworks and tools, with the ability to independently design algorithms and optimize models.

Benefits

  1. Annual salary of 400,000-600,000 yuan before tax (including local government post-doctoral living subsidy, one case will be discussed for special outstanding persons).
  2. Welfare benefits include five insurances-one housing fund, paid annual leave, holiday benefits, priority support to apply for government talent apartment (can be directly settled).
  3. During the doctoral period, the Ningbo government will provide scientific research funding within the maximum of 200,000 yuan. Apply for various talent projects and national natural science Foundation projects as the person in charge. The Ningbo government will give one-to-one matching funds to those who are funded by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and provincial postdoctoral research projects.

Positions: Internship

Qualifications

  1. Long-term involvement in the laboratory (at least 6 months).
  2. Strong enthusiasm for R&D and innovation, and strong sense of responsibility.
  3. Strong programming ability is preferred, deep learning or natural language processing experience is preferred.
  4. Those with excellent performance during the internship can be recommended to apply for doctoral degree or internship in well-known Internet companies.

Positions: Algorithm Engineer

Qualifications

  1. Master's degree or above, background in computer science, artificial intelligence or related fields is preferred.
  2. Master the basics of deep learning, familiar with at least one deep learning programming framework, such as PyTorch, etc., with experience in model development, deployment, and fine-tuning;
  3. Good programming style and document writing ability, have multi-person collaborative development experience, have strict quality requirements for the code; familiar with common development specifications, familiar with Git and other development tools, familiar with the creation and maintenance of code libraries.
  4. Have a good grasp of the basics of natural language processing, with relevant practical or research experience; have an in-depth understanding of multimodal large models, information retrieval, model compression or reasoning and practical experience is preferred;
  5. Timely follow-up of cutting-edge technology progress, excellent problem analysis and solving ability and teamwork ability.
